Steve Francis
Director
Steve joined JB Specialised Engineering in 1991 and quickly rose through the ranks, bringing his “can-do” attitude and strategic thinking to every aspect of the business. In 2016, Steve transitioned from General Manager to owner, continuing to lead the company with the same passion and dedication that has defined his career. His leadership philosophy is simple: tackle challenges head-on and never stop improving. Steve is known for his ability to turn the impossible into reality, a trait that drives the entire JB team forward.
Charles Nasr
General Manager
Charles has been a key player at JB Specialised Engineering since 1998. With a sharp eye for process improvement and a deep understanding of engineering and manufacturing, Charles has been instrumental in refining our operations to maximise efficiency and client satisfaction. His extensive local and international network keeps us ahead of industry trends, ensuring we deliver cutting-edge solutions to every client.
Darren Howard
Quality Manager
With over 35 years in the industry and 31 of them spent with JB Specialised Engineering, Darren is the cornerstone of our commitment to quality. He oversees every project with precision, ensuring that each product meets our stringent quality standards before it leaves the workshop. Darren’s expertise in welding, metal fabrication, and quality assurance guarantees that we deliver reliable, high-performance products, every time.
